Using the site
You may browse, read, download music under the music licence, and send enquiries. You may not:
- Scrape content at a scale that degrades the service
- Attempt to reach the admin area or data not meant for you
- Republish the entire library as your own
- Use the site for anything unlawful under Vietnamese law
Content I publish
Articles, service descriptions, case studies and images belong to me or to the respective rights holders, except the music, which has its own licence. You may quote with attribution; you may not copy wholesale and republish.
AI-generated music
Every track in the library is generated by artificial intelligence. I say so on every track page, in each file's metadata, and in every video description.
In many jurisdictions, including the United States and Vietnam, a work generated entirely by artificial intelligence is currently not protected by copyright. The licence I grant you is a contract, not a claim of authorship. The music licence page states plainly what it does and does not cover.
An enquiry is not a contract
Sending the form creates no contractual relationship. A contract exists only when both parties sign a separate document with a defined scope, timeline and price.
Timelines and prices shown on service pages are indicative ranges based on past work, not quotations.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. I do not warrant that it will always be available or free of defects.
I am not liable for loss arising from your use of the content here, except where law provides otherwise. Liability for software development work is set out in the individual services contract, not here.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content here infringes your rights, write to luonghieu184@gmail.com with a description of the work, the address of the material, and your contact details. I act within the periods Vietnamese law requires.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam.
