Privacy policy

What I collect

This site collects very little. There are two cases:

• When you send an enquiry. I store your name, your email, and whatever else you choose to fill in: phone, company, and your description of the work. I also store the moment you agreed, the version of this policy you saw at that moment, and a hash of your IP address. I store the hash rather than the address itself, because I need evidence that you consented, not knowledge of where you are.
• When you download music from the library. No sign-up, no email. I store nothing tied to you personally.

I do not use tracking analytics and I do not use Google Analytics.

What I use it for

Information you send through a form is used to answer that enquiry. Only if you also tick the separate box do I send articles and service updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

The two consents are deliberately separate. Agreeing that I may answer your question is not agreeing to receive marketing.

How long I keep it

At most 24 months from the day you send it, after which the record is deleted or anonymised. This is a hard limit enforced inside the database itself, not a promise in a document.

Your rights

Under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15 you may ask what I hold about you, ask to see it, ask me to correct it, ask me to erase it, and withdraw consent. Write to luonghieu184@gmail.com and I will act within the statutory period.

Who I share it with

I do not sell, trade, or share it for advertising. It sits with the infrastructure provider I rent to run this site, and in the email tool I use to reply to you.

Changes to this policy

The current version is 2026-09-05.1. Every enquiry record carries the version number you saw when you consented, so I always know which text you agreed to.
